In order to cooperate with traffic control during Wuling Farm’s Cherry Blossom Season (Feb 11 ~ Feb 28):

1. Applicants of these two itineraries <Round trip to East Peak of Xue Mountain in 1 day > and  <Wuling Quadruple Mountains Trails in 1 day > shall present their accommodation reservation note or vehicle pass permit to the Park before entry permits can be issued.

2. In conjunction with vehicle occupation capacity and Wuling’s access control, Qika Cabin and Qika Camp site on the itinerary plan <Round trip to East Peak of Xue Mountain> are not open for application and use.

3. For applications of mountain climbing itinerary in the Park, when the Park entry permit is obtained, mountain climbers shall comply with the control of high vehicle occupancy and obtain the vehicle pass permit issued by Wuling Farm before being allowed to enter the Park.

i. Control of high vehicle occupancy: Each vehicle (either a car or van) shall carry at least 3 people before being approved to receive the vehicle pass permit. Also, in case the number of applicants in an application is no more than two persons, the applicants shall arrange appropriate public transportation on their own.

ii. If the number of mountain climbers is no more than 2 and car driving on their own is required, they may leave the following information on the message board of the mountain climbing service category: “car pool platform for
teams with no more than two members in the Wuling Cherry Blossom Season” http://www.spnp.gov.tw/Article.aspx?a=aH5%2frrMyxUs%3d&lang=1:  1. Mountain-climbing trail 2. Park entry (departure) dates 3. Number of Park entry team members 4. Contact information. Those who match the terms may contact each other, and apply to the Park for the vehicle pass permit after the numbers of applicants are put together. The application procedure shall be the same as for 3 or more applicants.

4. Applications for vehicle pass permit: After obtaining the Park entry permit and meeting the abovementioned criteria, the team’s general leader shall download the blank form for the vehicle pass permit in the name of the team on the Park entry system, fill out the form and complete the vehicle pass permit application procedure by filing the application (attaching the park entry permit) via email to permit.spnp@gmail.com or fax to Wuling Station at 04-25901310 seven days prior to the Park entry. Wuling Station will apply for the pass permit for the applicant in question and send it via email (in PDF file) or fax it to the applicant two days before Park entry.
