The announcement of snow climbing outfits examination

According to the latest report of snowfall from the SPNP crew at the mountain trail, visitors for mountaineering activities shall bring the qualified equipment specified in the checklist. As of today (Jan 16 2017), examination procedure will be operated by the SPNP crew.
