Applications for the following trails / routes within the Yushan National Park were moved to New System on 1st January 2017:
Yushan Front Peak Day Hike, Walami Trail Day Hike, Yinyu Waterfall Day Hike, Guan Mountain Day Hike, Kuhanousin Mountain Day Hike.

When the leader has finished entering team information, press “Next step”. The system will record the submission time, which will appear on the webpage.

How to apply
|
Team names can’t be used twice, when the leader submits basic information, the system will give you a Team ID.
Members of the team can add to their basic information using “Team name” and “Team ID”. All associated paper-work (copies of passport etc) must be upload within the required time.
|
The applicant will need to gather all teammates’ information and associated paper-work (for example - photos of members hiking over 3000 meters) before starting an application.

The main applicant will need to fill in his/her nationality and ID/Passport details before saving draft. Applicants can save multiple drafts, the latest one will be submitted, and the previous will be deleted after one week.

Standard Application & drawing lots
|
Only basic information (name, ID, or passport number) is needed to join the draw, give additional information after your successful lot has been drawn.

Submit all information before joining the draw.
|

Standard Application & waiting list
|
If you apply after the draw, the system will automatically give out a waiting list. If you change your information, you will moved to the end of the waiting list.
|
When your application is completed, we will give you your place on the waiting list. If anyone cancels their trip and there are more places available, we will inform you by email. If your application is not complete, or there is something wrong and you need to change information, your position on the waiting list will be changed too.

After we have approved your application, the National Police Administration will be automatically informed, they will send you a Mountain (Police) Permit by email.

After we have approved your application, you must go to the “Status Check and Print out Permit” page and press “Apply for Mountain Entry Permit”, the National Police Administration will receive your application, and send you a Mountain (Police) permit by email.
