1. The Beida Wushan National Trail Higu Lodge and Campground office handle fees in accordance with the "Principles of Income from State-owned Public Real Estate".
2. Higu Villa fee base:
Holidays: The fee is NT$300 per night per person. (Friday, Saturday and the day before consecutive holidays through the last day of a holiday).
Weekdays: The fee is NT$250 per night per person (non-holidays).
3. Higu Mountain Lodge Camping Fee Baseline:
Regardless of holidays or weekdays, each campsite will be charged NT$400 per night.
4. Refund regulations for cancellation of application and reduction of beds:
To cancel the bed reservation, the applicant should log in to this website using the application account (the exclusive page for applying for beds and campsites at Higu Valley Lodge) and fill out the mountain lodge application form for modification or cancellation. The first day of the stay will be used as the starting date for calculating the refund amount.
The instructions are as follows:
- The starting date is the first day of stay.
- If April 1 is used as the starting date, full refund would be available on March 27; a 50% refund is available on March 28 and March 29, and no refund is available on March 30 and March 31.
(1) Refund for cancellation of application:
- If the order is successfully canceled 5 days before the start date, the paid amount will be refunded in full.
- If the cancellation is successful between 3 and 4 days before the start date, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
- If you cancel a bed spot within 2 days before the start date or do not show up on the accommodation day, the amount paid will not be refunded.
(2) Refunds for reducing bed or campsite spots:
- Calculation method for refunds before 5 days before the start date:
Mountain Lodge: Single person charge amount × reduced number of people = refund amount
Campsite: Campsite space charge amount × reduced camp space = refund amount
- Calculation method for refunds within 3 to 4 days before the start date:
Mountain Lodge: Single person charge amount × reduced number of people × 50% = refund amount
Camp space: Campsite space charge amount × reduced camp space × 50% = refund amount
- If you apply for bed reduction within 2 days before the start date or do not show up on the accommodation day, the amount paid will not be refunded.
(3) If there is a weather report issued by the Central Meteorological Bureau during the scheduled stay, such as a heavy rain warning (a rainfall of more than 200 millimeters in 24 hours), a typhoon warning, an earthquake, road blockage and other force majeure factors, and it is prohibited to pass through the lodge after the announcement, the lodge will proactively refund the full fee, but cannot assist in applying for an extension or arranging another accommodation period.
5. A group that has completed the accommodation application should remit the appropriate fee to the designated account. When checking in, the team should present the mountain entry permit and photo identification documents, and the mountain lodge management personnel will check to confirm the information.
