1. The Jiaming Lake National Trail Xiangyang, Jiaming Lake Mountain Lodge and campsite here are charged in accordance with the "Principles of Income from State-owned Public Real Estate".

2. Charging standards for Xiangyang and Jiaming Lake Mountain Lodges:
Holidays: The fee is NT$600 per bed.
(‘Holidays’ = Friday, Saturday and the day before consecutive holidays through the day before closing holidays)
Non-holiday weekdays: The fee is NT$400 per bed.

3. Charging standards for Xiangyang Recreation Area Campground and Jiaming Lake Mountain Lodge Campground:
Holidays: Each campsite charges NT$600.
(‘Holidays’ = Friday, Saturday and the day before consecutive holidays through the day before closing holidays)
Non-holiday weekdays: The fee per campsite is NT$500.

4. Refund regulations for cancellation of application and reduction of beds:
To cancel the bed reservation, the applicant should use the application account to enter the application website (website: http://jmlnt.forest.gov.tw) to cancel the trip or reduce bed spaces (the first day of the stay will be used as the starting date to calculate the refund amount). The instructions are as follows:
◎ Starting date calculation standard:
For single- or multi-day stays, the first day of stay will be considered the starting date.

(1) Refund for cancellation of application:

1. If the reservation is successfully canceled before 8 days before the start date, the paid amount will be refunded in full.
2. If the cancellation is successful between 4 and 7 days before the start date, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
3. If you cancel the bed within 3 days before the start date or do not show up on the accommodation day, the amount paid will not be refunded.
   

(2) Refund for reduced bed capacity:

1. Calculation method for refunds before 8 days before the start date:
   Mountain lodge: Single person charge amount × reduced number of people = refund amount
   Campground spot: No refunds (fees are calculated based on the number of campsites, so no refunds per person)
2. Calculation method for refunds within 4 to 7 days before the start date:
   Mountain lodge: Single person charge amount × reduced number of people × 50% = refund amount
   Campground spot: No refunds (fees are calculated based on the number of campsites, so no refunds per person)
3. If you apply for bed reduction within 3 days before the start date or do not show up on the accommodation day, the amount paid will not be refunded.
   After the bed lotteries are drawn, in order to comply with the principle of fairness, if the person cannot make the trip for some reason, replacement of people is prohibited except for the tour leader (guide).
   If a team member cannot make the trip for some reason, they can only apply for a partial refund according to the refund process.
   (Partial refund is limited to 2 people at most. If there are more than 2 people, please cancel the application form and reapply.)

If the remittance method is "Credit Card", there is no need to fill in the remittance account number.

If the remittance method is "Remittance", whether it is ATM, online banking, or over-the-counter remittance, "remittance information" needs to be filled in.

(3) If there is a weather report issued by the Central Meteorological Bureau during the scheduled stay, such as an especially heavy rain report, typhoon warning, earthquake, road blockage and other force majeure factors in the Haiduan Township area of ​​Taitung County, the trail will be announced to be closed. When you check out, our office will proactively refund the full fee, but you are not allowed to apply for an extension or automatically arrange another accommodation date.

(4) If during the scheduled stay, there may be a maritime typhoon warning issued by the Central Meteorological Bureau, and the warning area is the eastern, southeastern and southern areas and the Xiangyang area, the rainfall reaches the torrential level (the accumulated rainfall in 24 hours reaches more than 200 mm, or 3 hours with cumulative rainfall of more than 100 mm). During the period from 2 days before the announcement to the cancellation, you can apply for a refund of the full amount paid by the entire group, but refund applications for reduced numbers of people, extensions or other arrangements for accommodation will not be accepted.

5. The team that obtains a bed / campsite spot should remit the fee to the designated account according to the fee basis. When entering the trail, they should present the mountain lodge accommodation bed/camp approval certificate and a photo identity document for verification by our staff and the Xiangyang Police Station.

6. This office reserves the right to amend various regulations.
